Did you know you have to be under CONTRACT on a home by April 30, 2010 to take advantage of the tax credits? Even though it runs until June 30, 2010 you only have 108 days from today to get under contract. Time is ticking!!!
Also new changes in IRS guildelines may allow you to take the tax credit even if you have a parent co-signer or a significant other who has purchased a home in the las 3 years.
